Hannah Roberts,

Hi, I'm Hannah! Creator of Inner Rhythm. 

​

I’m here because I believe in the wisdom our body holds and the expansive possibilities that are created when we follow our bodies rhythm into healing. As someone who has spent most of her life living in her head, trapped by anxiety, stuck in fear, and lacking the ability to trust her intuition…I have experienced the freedom and ease that comes from practicing somatic modalities and giving space for my body to let go of past traumas without having to intelectualize the why and how. My yoga practice led me into a deeper understanding of my own mental challenges and their outward manifestations. This drove me to a deeper desire to understand the mind body connection in a holistic way and how that relationship may affect our experience in the world. This process revealed layers of trauma and connected those experiences to physiological sensations. Embodying ease and awareness where anxiety and depression once took hold allowed me to tune into internal wisdom and cultivate an inner rhythm to live by. 

Nurturing mental health is a passion of mine and through my trauma informed training in Yoga, meditation, somatic experiencing, breath, and NeuroAffective Touch, I’ve seen that it all starts with the body. Our bodies hold onto stories, feelings, and experiences. If we do not aid the body in physically releasing these trapped experiences, we can be on a constant search for understanding or keep our bodies in a traumatic loop. When we bring the body into our healing journey we can begin to break patterns and find safety within ourselves.

A few more things about me! When I’m not working in this space I’m actively filling up my cup in nature, cooking with loved ones, dancing, and snuggling with my pup.
